Capo Signora is a newly founded Italian restaurant located in Hollister, California. Our team was passionate about bringing Hollister some diversity and love by creating this Italian spot for our locals. Our long hours were intended to provide an environment for our town’s family and friends to hang out over some authentic pasta and fine wine on a late night, or to enjoy some fresh coffee and chocolate crepes in the early mornings.
